As a non-profit, the Adoptee Mentoring Society is on a mission to provide an intentional space of belonging for adoptees through mentorship and peer connection based on vulnerability, candor, empathy, and radical acceptance.
Your monetary donation to the Adoptee Mentoring Society helps us to maintain and grow the technical and human resources we need to support adoptees nationwide, as they build their identities.
A strong identity cannot develop in isolation, yet many adoptees feel alone because of the heavy societal expectation to just be happy for a “better” life. Your support directly aids us in helping adoptees to feel a sense of connection and belonging, thereby creating communities and conversations around adoption that are more normalized and healthier.
